where can i find a job as a bartender

There are so many different kinds of drinks a customer can choose to order. It is not quite as easy as prople think to set up and start up your own bar.

Bartending used to be thought of as something to do to earn money while you were either going to school or looking for something better. You ll become familiar with all the names and terms used everyday in bars around the country. In a posh restaurant setting, the bartender may have little to no contact with the public, but in a cozy bar type setting, the bartender could be in constant contact with the public.

Take all of these into account when creating the working practices in your bar. Leave unrelated skills off your resume if you want to become a bartender. Bartending is an great job, but it's nowhere near the phenomenon that movies would have you believe.

You are in the business of not only selling drinks but of selling yourself as well. Remember jokes when you hear them and study them on the Internet.
